About
Washington Sports Network.com is a division of Zsportsmedia LLC. The site was launched in the spring of 2009 with the goal of becoming the #1 site for High School Sports content in the State of Washington.
Sports are a community supported endeavor, and WSN operates as part of the community. We have relationships with current and former players, coaches, and administrators around the region in High School, College, and Pro sports.
Created by Zenon Thornton (see Bio) to fill the void of quality sports content in local markets, the initial focus of the site will be the Columbia Basin region of Eastern Washington. This region is unique in the number of large schools contained, while still retaining a true community feel. Plans are to expand the site to cover other conferences, leagues, and more.
Zsportsmedia and WSN gives back to the community. 10% of all profits are donated to schools and youth sports program through direct donations, and services. WSN looks for ways to serve the community and is involved locally in endeavors such as DECA, Young Life, youth sports, and more!
